Former Chief Executive Officer of Skills Training Victoria and General Manager of CVGT Employment, Sandy is a nationally respected education strategist and compliance specialist known for designing vocational programs that transform institutions and empower learners. With over 20 years’ experience leading national projects, regulatory reform and TAFE departments – namely as Associate Director – Sandy brings rare depth in education leadership, governance and standards-based delivery. At Playmakers, Sandy spearheads education innovation – supporting clients to modernise curriculum, uplift compliance and shape workforce-aligned learning experiences. She’s recognised for bridging human-centred education with operational excellence – designing systems that are rigorous, relevant, responsive, and truly learner-first. Sandy is a highly motivated, lateral thinking and solutions-oriented professional with a strong background in educational leadership, management, educational administration and teaching with a demonstrated commitment to delivering courses with a strong vocational orientation whilst at the same time creating a learning environment based on adult leaning principles to enhance the educational experience and foster a love of lifelong learning.

Sandy has previously made her mark in various positions including as Head of Department, Project lead and Program Manager at TAFEs, has run her own business and advises various organisations on strategic initiatives.
